A true professional when it comes to regional cuisine is the Berggasthof SchüttAlm in Wagrain. With organic meat from happy cattle and pigs and organic eggs from the valley, delicious dishes are conjured up here. You can take a little break until dessert. Put on your skis for a few laps on the Flachauwinkel side, through the snow park or family run and you'll have your appetite back again. Admittedly, you don't need to be hungry for the homemade strudel with apricots or apples from our own production, served with a dollop of cream. Desserts go into another stomach, right?) With a good atmosphere, live music on the terrace and products from our own farm, the Zirbenwirt will later entice you to come down to the valley. But beware, if you dare to skip a treat, you won't get a burger from your own Angus or Kalliste beef! Just kidding, of course this highlight is for everyone. Just like the "Schneekatzerl "across the road in the Schirmstüberl. Chocolate nut liqueur with a cream topping, heart what more do you want...?
