Last week I’ve told you about 5 ways to save a lot of money and I have some more tips for you
1) Friends Club & 4=3
Trust me, this club is truly worth a (free!) membership. Register with the Friends Club and benefit from many advantages. You are always the first to find out about ski pass or holiday offers and benefit from them exclusively as friends. You will also receive the Friends Card, which you can load with the desired ski pass from home - so you no longer have to queue at the cash desk. In addition, the 4=3 Online Package is only available exclusively for Friends Club members - four nights and a 4-day ski pass, but only three numbers - a great deal for a long weekend 😉
2) Explore the smaller ski resorts
It doesn't always have to be the largest or most well-known ski area in Ski amadé. There are many smaller ones part of Ski amadé, too - like Eben, Radstadt, Filzmoos, Galsterberg… which are sufficient for skiing in the morning and where the day ski passes are cheaper. For a day trip from Bavaria, Salzburg, Styria or Linz, this is a good way to save money and discover cute new places.
3) The right bed
An old but useful life hack: compare hotel prices. It doesn't always have to be a 4* superior hotel, fewer stars don't mean less comfort, apartments let you get a little closer together when cooking together, or offer the opportunity to discover the local culinary landscape in the evening. A room on a farm even offers you the opportunity to get to know the region a little more personally and give your children valuable impressions of how life works here with us.
My tip: look for the right bed for your holiday in one of the certified family accommodations and be brave enough to change accommodations from time to time so that you get new impressions of the people who put their time and heart into to make your stay as pleasant as possible. 😊
4) Enjoying skiing and wine
Skiing in the sun, warm weather, good snow conditions and a glass of wine at the best price? From March 11th to 18th, 2023, in addition to the highest farmer's market in the Alps and many events on the subject of wine, there will also be a delicious opportunity to save money during the Ski and Wine Enjoyment Week - the pleasure partner hotels offer inexpensive packages, where I can stay every night really save something and the ski pass is still integrated in the package. But they are not bookable yet, so don’t miss to check it out again in january ;)
