The Dachstein Ice Palace takes you into a mystical world of ice, deep inside the glacier. A special highlight is the throne made of ice, where visitors can take a seat and take an unforgettable photo in the fascinating icy landscape.

Unforgettable views await you during winter hiking and cross-country skiing at the Rossbrand in the 'Panorama Kurve'. Here you can enjoy a mountain panorama that is second to none!

On a hilltop at Langeck in Maria Alm, a panoramic viewing platform with a striking wooden throne awaits you – complete with a summit cross. Perfect for unforgettable photos with breathtaking views.

As you know, you have a fantastic view of the mountains of Schladming-Dachstein everywhere on the Planai – even from the toilet. At the Sky Toilets at the Märchenwiesenbahn you can enjoy a great view – depending on the season – over lush green mountain meadows or perfectly groomed ski slopes.

You can reach the Singnix tree house in the Gallic ski village on Galsterberg via a small suspension bridge. Singnix is a villager who thinks he is a musical genius – but the rest of the village sees it differently and ties him to a tree at the slightest attempt at a vocal performance. With the Singnix tree house he got his own tree house from which he can look down. 

You can already enjoy an impressive view of the striking Bischofsmütze and the imposing Dachstein massif on the journey on the Papagenobahn. Once you reach the mountain station at an altitude of 1,600 metres, you are treated to a magnificent view of the majestic Bischofsmütze, a true landmark of the region. Invigorated by the power emanating from the queen of the Salzburg summit game, you can now enjoy the perfectly groomed slopes of filzmoos.ski to the full. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, the pistes not only offer sporting pleasure, but also unique relaxation for body and soul and culinary delights in the cosy ski huts. The Fulseck, the ski mountain for the Dorfgastein - Grossarltal ski circuit, is so ideally situated that from the summit area you can see the highest mountains in the country from the Großglockner in the south-west to the Hochkönig in the north and the Hohe Dachstein in the north-east from one location. Right here, not far from the summit station of the Gipfelbahn - Fulseck cable car, we have built the ‘Dachsteinblick’ viewing platform on the foundations of the old T-bar lift. In this way, a magnificent panoramic hotspot has been realised with minimal intervention in nature. The best thing about it: the railing is made of shatterproof glass so that even the ski minis can admire the view.
