In the land of Kaiserschmarrn and Wiener Schnitzel, culinary art plays a special role. In the Wachtelhof, guests are served Austrian fusion cuisine that allows them to rediscover childhood memories. In summer and winter the chef seduces his guests with a multi-course menu. Breakfast and dinner can be taken in the hotel's delicacy restaurant or in the Zirbelstube, a rustic, very private séparée with space for 20-25 guests. The Dachstein Ice Palace takes you into a mystical world of ice, deep inside the glacier. A special highlight is the throne made of ice, where visitors can take a seat and take an unforgettable photo in the fascinating icy landscape.

In perhaps the most beautiful valley head in the Salzburger Land, Sportgastein is sunny and has plenty of snow at up to 2700 meters above sea level. The wide slopes offer something for everyone, from pleasure skiers to sporty carvers. There are hardly any waiting times at the lift, just nice lift staff.

Where the children's area by Family Skischool GO! is placed, children learned to ski already 100 years ago. In this breathtaking mountain scenery not only beginners, but also advanced skiers are well looked after by professional ski and snowboard instructors.

In 3-D archery course you strengthen your stamina, muscle and concentration and test your skill with a bow and arrow. Participation in a course is recommend (by appointment only).

The Landgasthof Bertahof in Bad Hofgastein has been located amidst the old trees and in the heart of the Gastein Valley for over 350 years. This family-run and cozy restaurant has an extraordinary reputation! Enjoy and feel good: that is the maxim for Bertahof guests.

The Bertahof is listed in Gault Millau and has received the award "very good cuisine that offers more than the everyday" since 2009.

Above all, the lamb, mostly from our own breeding, or the fresh fish from our own pond, make a visit to the Bertahof a culinary experience. Chef Robert Granitzer only uses fresh, seasonal products from the region.

The culinary offer ranges from creatively prepared regional specialties to Mediterranean delicacies and international classics.

Zum Shuttleberg verkehren die Linienbusse in beiden Tälern als Gratisskibusse.

Zwischen Wagrain – Kleinarl und zwischen Radstadt – Flachauwinkl fahren, bis auf Weiteres, die Linienbusse im Winterfahrplan, mit den Haltestellen an den Talstationen der Bergbahnen.

Die Haltestellen am Shuttleberg sind:

In Kleinarl – am Parklatz der Talstation Champion Shuttle.
In Flachauwinkl – am  Parkplatz der Talstation Sunshine Shuttle.

The EASY-PARK (Skifreizeitpark) at Übungslift lake - a truly ingenious device for children and adolescents.
Here, the kids can try on the jumps, Slide Blatten, Rainbows etc. in various acrobatic exercises.

Built in 2010 according to plans by Kuehn Malvezzi, it is located right next to the meadows where the horses of the Wetzlgut graze in summer, hence the name »Rossalm«. We fulfill our wish to cook “everyone’s favorite dish” with a fine selection of seasonal delicacies with regionally sustainably produced basic products.

In winter we serve Austrian delicacies for lunch. In the evening we will be happy to spoil you with a candle light dinner! The Rossalm is excellent with a fork in the Falstaff!
