The ‘Alte Stadl’, the charming ski and alpine hut of the Familienhotel Austria, is located in the middle of the fantastic mountain world of the Schladminger Tauern in Styria right next to our hotel and at the valley station of the Hochwurzen summit lift and is easily accessible by car. Let us spoil you with regional cuisine in the pleasant ambience of the Stadl. The mountain station of the 8-seater Rosskopfbahn cable car at 1,930 metres is a popular meeting point in the ski area and an ideal vantage point with great photo opportunities. Our mascot ‘Zauchi’ is looking forward to a photo with you. You can immortalise yourselves with a ‘love lock’ at the ‘love heart’. The Rosskopf is one of the three Zauchensee peaks of the challenging ‘12 Peaks Trophy’.

Enjoyment means something different for everyone. Some love to relax on vacation, to eat well and to unwind. The others relax actively while skiing, biking or hiking. Our pleasure hotel is located in the heart of Altenmarkt, near Zauchensee, and is the ideal starting point for all these activities. With us you can be who you are. Directly on the piste and in the centre of Maria Alm, almost 1,400 ski guests can store their winter sports equipment safely and dryly at the valley station of the Natrun 10-seater gondola lift. Depending on the number of people, you can choose between a locker for 2 or 4 people. Bookings are made at the Natrunbahn ticket office and the existing ski pass is used as the access system.

We know how much more fun the sport is when the equipment fits. Therefore we are looking for a strong partner in your area and offer comprehensive services to provide you with the perfect e-bike equipment.
