In summer, the fun & pro Bike Academy is an institution for bikers and has been since 1992. In addition to guided MTB and e-bike tours, there is riding technique training for all bikers. In 2003, the slope was renamed the "Hermann Maier FIS World Cup Course". And for good reason, after all, the multiple ski world champion and Olympic champion is a true Flachau native. In the middle of the skiing area Snow Space Salzburg, part of Austria's greatest skiing Ski amadé, tangible racing fever awaits you on a course length of more than 600 metres.

In 2021 and 2022, the men's World Cup squad also visited Snow Space Salzburg. Atle Lie McGrath (2022) and Manuel Feller (2021) can also count themselves among the winners on the Hermann Maier World Cup course since then.
