The SalzburgerLand Gourmet Festival is all about regional delicacies, living traditions and a convivial atmosphere. The festivities begin at 10 am with a joint church service in the parish church. From 11 am, visitors can look forward to a varied festival featuring regional specialities, traditional craftsmanship and a diverse programme of events for children and adults alike.
Numerous music groups on the stages in the market square and in the Dechantshoftenne will ensure the right atmosphere. Among those performing are the Altenmarkt Traditional Band, Stoamugl Musi, the Radstadt/Altenmarkt Music Group and the Plankenauer Tanzlmusi. This makes the Genuss-Fest an atmospheric gathering place for everyone who wishes to experience cuisine, music and Salzburg tradition in a special atmosphere.
