"Almrausch Planai", the largest OPEN AIR pavilion in the Alps, is directly at the top station of the Planai 6-seater cable car or 300 m below the top station, on the east run on piste no Cosiness ”in the pavilion and on the almost 500 m² terrace. Laughter is healthy ?

Naturrodelbahn mit einer Länge von 3 km mit Ende direkt in Flachau!

Spezialisierung: Der Berggasthof Sattelbauer, einer der schönsten Berggasthöfe im Salzburgerland auf 1300 Metern Höhe inmitten von Wald und Wiesen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der herrliche Ausblick zum Griesenkar, dem mächtigen Dachstein-Massiv und der ehrfürchtigen Bischofsmütze lässt wohl jedes Wanderherz höher schlagen! Unser Lokal ist mit Holz aus einem 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ausgestattet. Unsere Stuben strahlen Gemütlichkeit, Behagen und herzliche Gastlichkeit aus. Die liebevollen Details erinnern an Tradition und Brauchtum. Unsere Küche ist herzhaft und bodenständig, die Produkte größtenteils aus eigener Landwirtschaft. Die hausgemachte Sulze, das Wiener Schnitzel aus der Pfanne, der deftige Bauernschmaus, die wunderbaren Schweinemedaillons oder Wildspezialitäten sind nur einige unserer Spezialitäten. Zum süßen Abschluss laden die warme Mohntorte, Strudeln und Eis-Desserts ein. Wir sind sowohl für große Feiern als auch für Busse gerüstet. Über die neu errichtete Straße von Flachau aus sind wir problemlos und einfach zu erreichen. Wir bitten um Vorreservierung! The complete range of clothing and accessories through to ski equipment including helmets is available in our shop in Filzmoos. Exclusively selected brands for young and old - there is definitely something for everyone here.

Let our staff advise you so that you make the right choice when it comes to skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing . We put together an individual sports package for every ability, because we are your competent partner when it comes to winter sports.

There are 2 shops of Sport Wielandner:

• one is situated in Alpendorf (only open during winter months)
• one is situated in the city centre of Sankt Johann

Sport Wielandner is a family run specilist shop which offers premium quality products for many sports like skiing, snowboarding, running, tennis etc.

We also offer ski rental (skis, boots, helmets, snowboards etc.)

In the midst of the snowed-in mountain scenery the snow crunches beneath your feet every step through untouched nature. Walk on age-old paths, just like the miners centuries ago: an incomparable experience. 

The 'Stöcklhütte' features a very tasty, fast, and hearty cuisine. The hut at an altitude of 1.250 metres above sea level is reachable by car, and seen that, even evening events can be organised. Groups are welcome on request!
