In Austria’s largest skiing association, gourmets and fans of Haute Cuisine come together. This is due to the fact that in the five regions of Ski amadé there are also Gault&Millau and Falstaff certified restaurants, as well as the numerous traditional mountain restaurants and ski huts. In these distinguished establishments, true gourmets can look forward to the diverse range of exquisite dishes on offer and also to the wide selection of excellent wines.

For many years the brunner name has been synonymous with superb cuisine – and naturally we haven’t let our standards drop at the new Stadthotel brunner. With boundless curiosity for good things from around the globe, we have augmented our regional specialities with Ayurvedic and basic dishes. This means you can enjoy healthy fare that meets the supreme quality standards for which the brunner is renowned. At our buffet breakfast not only can special requests be communicated directly to the kitchen – you can also rest assured there will be healthy basic fare. We also pamper you between meals with superb quality food: à la carte or at midday with to-go options that change regularly.

Surrounded by the Dachstein massif and the Schladminger Tauern, the restaurant Die Landalm is idyllically located in the picturesque nature of the Schladming district of Untertal. The more than 300 year old farmhouse was restored with great attention to detail and today it promises enjoyment in a very special atmosphere.

The fact that special emphasis was placed on the preservation of the original construction during the restoration can be seen in the old wooden beams and the polished floorboards. It is these warm wood tones in combination with carefully selected elements that give the Landalm its unique character.

The way in which head chef Peter Graf combines the various flavors from Austria is also unique. Fresh, regional products are creatively combined with herbs from the hotel's own garden. This is how culinary delights are created again and again that are known far beyond the borders of the Schladming-Dachstein region.

Toque-awarded chef Andreas Döllerer has been working on his creative and regional cuisine alpine, which he has presented to sophisticated gourmets from near and far in his both menus and à la carte, since 2004. Inside the Genießerrestaurant, where alpine charm goes along neatly with mondial esprit. And on the green terrace with a view of the wine garden.

A world of alpine indulgence right outside opens up for up to 80 guests at Döllerer’s Genießerrestaurant. Every Tuesday to Friday from 7 to 9.30 pm and every Saturday from 12 am to 9.30 pm. The kitchen artists recharge their batteries on Sundays and Mondays. Döllerer’s gourmet cuisine is extended during the Salzburg Festival with cooking action from 12.30 pm until after the last Festival performance.
 
Two indulgence hikes await you in an upscale ambiance: Döllerer’s Gollüberquerung menu with nine courses and the Oberjoch menu with six courses. Choose from exquisite accompanying wines and non-alcoholic drinks after your fancy.
 

Döllerer’s Wirtshaus has been a meeting place for everyone who sets great store by genuine, pristine taste for 100 years. For all ages, for guests from near and far. Andreas Döllerer focuses on the culinary diversity of the region at the Wirtshaus – and it goes down well. The Wirtshaus was awarded the distinction “best home-style cooking” in Austria in the audience restaurant guide Falstaff.

We always rely on the best quality of our products. It is therefore only logical to obtain the majority of our meat and dairy products from our own farm in the neighboring village of Pichl.

This commitment is again worth an award for Gault Millau in 2019. This year we even got a second hood with 14.5 points. Up to now, with 14 points, we had a constant 1 hood for 7 years.
