Coming from Munich, it's approximately 2 hours away.
Coming from Salzburg, it's about 1 hour: Take the Tauern motorway south towards Bischofshofen, exit at Gasteinertal.
Coming from Innsbruck, it's approximately 2 hours: Take the highway via Wörgl, Bundesstraße 312 through St. Johann in Tirol to Lofer, Bundesstraße 311 through Zell am See to Lend, Bundesstraße 167 to Gastein, or take the highway via Kufstein - Salzburg - Villach, exit at Gasteinertal, Bundesstraße 167 to Gasteinertal.
If you're coming from the south, drive through Villach, Möllbrücke, and Obervellach to reach Mallnitz, and from there, you can easily reach Gastein via the car shuttle.

Schlossalm:
At the base station of the Schlossalmbahn in Bad Hofgastein, there is a large parking area, including a parking deck. The entrance is located after the central roundabout in Bad Hofgastein. Electric charging stations and an electric car-sharing location from Bäm Mobility are available on the parking deck.
Angertal Ski Center:
The Angertal Ski Center is located at 1,180 meters in Bad Hofgastein. There is a large parking area and a parking deck for ski guests at the Angertal Ski Center. Guests can use the ski bus for free during operating hours to get directly and conveniently to the Angertal Ski Center, provided they have a valid ski pass and ski equipment.
Stubnerkogel:
There is also a large parking area at the Stubnerkogel in Bad Gastein.
