The tour starts either at the TOM Almhütte with beetroot falafel with veggie tzatziki and cucumber or at the Scheppal Alm with beetroot carpaccio with arugula & walnut crunch. For the main course, you will be treated to venison ragout with red cabbage and spaetzle or beetroot dumplings with feta, nuts, and brown butter at the Deantnerin. The sweet finale takes place either at the Scheppal Alm with a Pink Cup (yogurt-wild berry ice cream, Amarena cherry ice cream, cream, and wild berry sauce) or at the TOM Almhütte with pink pumpkin cakes with candied pumpkin and ganache, accompanied by a glass of tom Sprudel rosé.
Prices are per person, excluding ski pass and equipment. The tour can be organised individually without a guide or with a guide on request. Please note the opening hours and closing days of the huts.
