Location of the accommodation
Our organic farmhouse Moarbauer is located in the Maierhofen district, about 10 minutes from Dorfgastein. Hiking directly from the accommodation – numerous hiking trails pass right by our farm. The center of Dorfgastein with the famous solar bath, as well as the ski swing Dorfgastein-Großarl can be reached in 4 minutes by car, while the Alpentherme and the center of Bad Hofgastein are 10 minutes away.
Description
Whether on vacation with the family in the apartment or relaxation for two in the double room – the Moarbauer offers the right accommodation for everyone. Our 4 apartments with extra children's rooms are 50-60m² in size and offer space for 2-6 people. Furnished with lots of wood and love for detail, you will feel at home here from the first moment you step in. A dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, and coffee maker complete the comfort of the kitchen-living areas. For your vacation as a couple, our bright and spacious rooms with a cozy seating area, a new bathroom, cable TV, and a balcony are highly recommended.
In the double rooms, a rich breakfast buffet featuring fresh and healthy organic products can be added.
Walk barefoot, pick fresh fruit from the trees, and stroke and feed the farm animals – become an active part of our country life.
It will never be boring on a farm vacation: A paradise for children with its own climbing wall, hay jumping, giant playground, go-kart track, trampoline, table tennis, and a large tipi for lounging offers pure adventure for kids. Brave explorers can sleep on hay beds above the children's stable on warm summer nights. After milking contests and walks with our sheep, the little ones can tell their parents about it while grilling at the campfire.
Winter in Gastein
Whether skiing in the Dorfgastein-Großarl ski area, a thrilling toboggan run, or ice skating – in the Gastein Valley, you can let loose in winter to your heart's content.
Summer in Gastein
In the summer months, numerous alpine huts with their delicious snacks attract hiking friends from near and far. Excitement awaits with archery, paragliding, or mountain biking.
