Altenmarkt-Zauchensee is the ideal starting point for all kinds of outings, lying in the heart of Salzburg county of it is easily accessible from the A10 motorway (Tauernautobahn).
By car:
A10 motorway, turn off at the Altenmarkt exit.
Exit Graz Radstadt Altenmarkt the feeder road along until exit Altenmarkt West then direction Altenmarkt after 300m on the right is the Hotel Brückenwirt.
From East: direction Flachau to the intersection Dolschek (gas station) - Postkcafe, then to the right the Oberdorf street about 300 meters from the bridge on the left is our hotel.
By train:
Arriving from Salzburg change trains at Bischofshofen (direction Selzthal). Regional trains stop at the Altenmarkt railway station, fast trains (Intercity) stop at the Radstadt railway station (6.7 km from Altenmarkt), pick-up at either station by your hosts (if arranged) or transfer by taxi or post bus.
