Arrival
Coming from the Tauern highway (A 10) take the main road to Pinzgau (B 311) passing by St. Johann and exit at St. Johann-Süd (Großarl is signposted here, too). Cross the Salzach River and drive on past St. Johann-Alpendorf up to Großarl. Entering the Valley, you will cross the Ache River from Großarl. After about two kilometers of nearly straight road, at a bus stop take the junction to the right called “Güterweg Schied” (sign posted). After about two kilometers on this road your will reach the nicely groomed mountain road that will take you to our Hotel & Berggasthaus Alpenklang (sign posted).
