Der Golf- & Landclub Ennstal Weissenbach – gegründet 1977 - ist der 3. älteste Golfclub der Steiermark und erst der 20. in Österreich. Die „Naturerlebnis“ 18 Loch Golfanlage ist die einzige Golfanlage in Europa, die sich in einem Europanaturschutzgebiet „Natura 2000“ befindet! 2014 wurden 5 Bahnen attraktiv und neu umgestaltetet. In the land of Kaiserschmarrn and Wiener Schnitzel, culinary art plays a special role. In the Wachtelhof, guests are served Austrian fusion cuisine that allows them to rediscover childhood memories. Honest and unadulterated dishes are served here using high-quality, fresh ingredients – primarily from the region.

In summer and winter the chef seduces his guests with a multi-course menu. Breakfast and dinner can be taken in the hotel's delicacy restaurant or in the Zirbelstube, a rustic, very private séparée with space for 20-25 guests. Sledding enjoyment for the whole family promises the traffic-free natural run with a length of about 3 km at the Hotel Lammwirt.  You can either hike to the top, or enjoy a comfortable ride up there on the “Toboggan Express”.

The Skialm Kreuzkogel is located directly between the two mountain stations of the Kreuzkogelbahnen at the highest point of the Grossarltal/Dorfgastein ski area. When the weather is nice you can enjoy the unique mountain panorama on the sun terrace. The rustic and cozy hut offers space for approx. 50-60 people. A special highlight is the après-ski bar right next to the hut. 

Snowshoe hike to the Karseggalm in Grossarl.

From the Breitenebenalm car park, snowshoe uphill along the goods road or along the shortcuts through the forest to the Breitenebenalm (not open in winter). Shortly before the Breitenebenalm, you pass a game reserve. The trail continues partly through the forest and partly over snow fields to the Karseggalm (not open in winter). At the Karseggalm you can enjoy the marvellous winter landscape. Return along the same route.

The Dachstein sky ladder offers pure thrills: twelve steps lead up to a glass platform from which you have a breathtaking view of the Dachstein. This experience is the perfect photo opportunity for lasting memories.
