Early Morning Skiing | Dorfgastein

The early bird catches the worm...

Slip into your ski trousers before the day has even dawned. Your stomach is already tingling with anticipation. The gondola takes you to the summit, where you take another deep breath and savour the fresh morning mountain air. You check your bindings one last time, let your gaze wander over the freshly groomed pistes and then you're off! You feel the wind in your face and feel infinitely free. Experience the magic of being the first on the mountain!

The meeting point is every Wednesday at 7.15 am at the Gipfelbahn-Fulseck valley station in Dorfgastein. A guide will be waiting for you at the valley station. In small groups of 6 people or more, you will ride up together with your guide towards the summit. Afterwards, all hard-working early risers are rewarded with a hearty summit breakfast high up at 2,033 metres. And then nothing stands in the way of a marvellous day of skiing on the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski circuit!
